You don’t need to change insurers! Our Community Benefits Project works seamlessly with your current benefit plan. It’s a great way for employers to promote health and wellness, reduce premium costs and give back to our community in which we all live and work. It generates cash awards of between 4% and 5% of your employee health & dental claims through the lower cost Healthsphere preferred provider network. Remember, whether you are a large or a small to medium sized organization, this program will make a meaningful difference in the community.
Here is how it works!
Implement a Healthsphere Networks membership program as an add-on to your current benefit program for as little as $2.00 per month per employee. By employees accessing lower cost goods and services from Healthsphere Networks 200+ providers, claims and premium costs are reduced. The premium savings more than covers the nominal member fee.
Select a community benefactor for your plan. It can be a social services agency, a not-for-profit organization, a fundraising campaign, or an individual in need. Introduce the Healthsphere concept, the Healthsphere Network and its providers to your employee population and their families. The communication will be facilitated by Healthsphere’s staff through easy to read digital and print information material.
Continue to promote and monitor your program. The more that employees become educated consumers and use the lower cost in-network providers, the greater the savings and the greater the reward you can give back. Premier Health & Benefits supports the program by monitoring and reporting the Healthsphere provider network activity that your employees experience.
